“Resolved case” is counted when: The customer confirms that the answer solved the problem, or The customer does not ask for more help after the last response from the Tellyou AI agent.

You are only charged once per conversation, even if the agent manages to solve several questions in the same dialogue. Example of a confirmed resolved case:
