TellYou Acceptable Use Policy
May 19, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the Tellyou Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Tellyou may update this AUP from time to time; the current version is published at tellyou.ai/aup. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, termination and reporting to authorities.
You must not, and must not allow any User or end user to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, data-protection, consumer-protection, advertising, anti-spam, export-control or sanctions laws.
Generate, store, transmit or facilitate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence or self-harm.
Engage in fraud, phishing, deceptive practices, impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresentation of affiliation. The Customer must disclose to end users that they are interacting with an AI system where required by law, including Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
Submit to the Service special-category personal data under Article 9 GDPR (such as health, biometric, genetic, political, religious, sexual-orientation or trade-union data), data of children below the applicable age of consent, government-issued identifiers, payment-card data, or other regulated data, unless expressly agreed in writing with Tellyou.
Use the Service for purposes classed as high-risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act (including biometric identification, employment, education, creditworthiness, law enforcement, migration, administration of justice or critical-infrastructure decisions) without a separate written agreement with Tellyou.
Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages that violate the rules of any messaging platform on which the Service is deployed, including Meta's Messenger Policy and the 24-hour messaging window, SMS shortcode rules, or email anti-spam laws.
Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, security mechanisms, content filters or safety guardrails of the Service or of any underlying AI or platform provider; reverse engineer the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by law; or extract model weights, prompts, system instructions or other proprietary internals.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance or availability of the Service or any other system, including by introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, probing for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, scraping at abusive rates, or generating excessive load.
Use the Service to develop, train, fine-tune or evaluate a competing machine-learning model or product, or to benchmark for the purpose of public comparison without Tellyou's prior written consent.
Use the Service to provide regulated professional advice (such as legal, medical, financial or psychiatric advice) without clear disclosure that the output is AI-generated and is not a substitute for professional advice, and without taking such other measures as applicable law requires.
Resell, sub-license or make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted in the Agreement.
If you become aware of any violation, please report it to abuse@tellyou.ai. Tellyou may investigate suspected violations and may take action including content removal, account suspension, termination of the Agreement and reporting to law enforcement. Tellyou will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer before suspension where the circumstances permit.
